How to store cilantro for longer time?

I have had good luck freezing cilantro........just lay it on a sheet, freeze,

then store in freezer zip-lock bag.  I usually chop before freezing.  It really

does taste the same (especially in black beans), but not quite as pretty in

fresh salads.

i use icecube trays and freeze herbs in them, just put in the herbs,

fill tray with water and freeze, then just pop out an ice cube when i

need the herb.
