Guest guest Posted February 17, 2009 Report Posted February 17, 2009 Since my last veggie miso soup experiment, I've used all my kombu and the fish free soup base. I discarded the packaging accidently, and cannot remember the name of it, anyone have suggestions on what to use, brand specific please, or recipe for the soup base. Or even a book suggestion would be fine - my goal being as authentic as possible. I can find the miso easily. as always thanks in advance pete Quote
