Guest guest Posted March 23, 2009 Report Posted March 23, 2009 I make wonderful gravy. I make a roux with butter and flower, add veg broth, some Kitchen Bouquet to get a good rich color, thicken with a little cornstarch if needed. Just keep trying. The file recipes are very good. Zena Quote
