Hi everyone! Just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. My name is Janet

and I'm from coastal North Carolina. My 15 yr old son and I have been vegetarian

for the past 5 years. Can't quite convince hubby and youngest daughter

yet...lol...anyway looking forward to getting to know everyone and finding new

recipes to try!
