Hi, folks. My name is Rose, I'm 61, I live in rural upstate New York.

 

Fred and I vascillate between vegan and vegetarian. I need to be vegan because

of my health. But I am SO tired of cooking. I enjoy it, but I'm feeling

chained to the stove lately.
