Guest guest Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 Papaya Vinaigrette 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, finely chopped 1/2 cup olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 cup white vinegar 3/4 teaspoon sugar Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or jar until well blended. Pour dressing over mixed greens, cucumbers, spinach or your favorite salad. Toss lightly to distribute dressing. Quote
