The Tassajara Cookbooks are amongst my favorite. Also have some great

Mediterranean, French, Mexican and Indian vegan-vegetarian cook books.

I have the Tassajara Bread Book. It's really good. I keep looking for more when

I got to thrift stores and friends of library sales.
