recipe with peach sorbet?

I'm thinking there has to be a recipe for some kind of frozen summer drink

with peach sorbet and amaretto in it... any ideas? (I had peach sorbet and

only peach sorbet for supper -- car air conditioning died and it was just

one of those days!)
