Hello, I am joining this group because I seem to be phasing meat out of my diet.

I am still omni but slowly going lacto ovo. Here is an easy recipe my wife and I

enjoy.

Pink Bean Soup

 

2 15 oz cans of Pink Beans rinsed

1 quart of vegetable broth

Jerk seasoning to taste.

 

Combine the beans and broth in sauce pan. Heat. Season to taste
