I bring the egg and water to a boil. Then set a timer for 14 minutes and boil

it covered and turned down to low heat. Then pour the water off and cover with

ice and water. Leave for about 5 minutes, adding more ice to the water as it

melts. This chill down will help the egg peel very easily.
