Guest guest Posted April 14, 2009 Report Posted April 14, 2009 I wanna make some rice and peas, but the store didn't have any scotch bonnet peppers... you don't cut them up, just leave it on top of the stew while cooking. I'm thinking of using 2 pierced jalapenos instead. Anyone know if it will still taste about the same? mike Quote
