grilling ideas?

This idea sounds really delishous.

For me it is simpley to make kebabs of vegetables and grill on the barbeque

Another thing I enjoy is to wrap the vegetables in foil then place these foil

packages into the coals so that teh steam gemnerated cooks them.

 

Eggplant grilled on the barbeque is mouth-watering too. normally I serve that as

a starter with a variety of dips.
