Guest guest Posted December 31, 2008 Report Posted December 31, 2008 Jerry are these sprouted? I'd this a bag of dried beans? Tell me a bit more. If you bought them sprouted in the refrigerated section them they are sprouted black beans. I googled it but got no useful information. Does anyone know what black beans with green kernels are? Can I use it like ordinary black beans and cook them the same way? Thanks for your help and Happy New Year. Jerry Quote
Guest guest Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 Hi Donna, Happy New Year! .. It was a bag of dry beans. They were not sprouted. Someone I talked to suggested that they are black soybeans. Jerry Quote
Guest guest Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 If they are dried and large than a black bean, that's what they are. Black soy beans. I had some from Eden Farms last year.
