Father's Day menus?

Anybody cooking for dad on Sunday? What are you making?

 

My dad is health-conscious and watching his cholesterol so he's very open to

eating vegetarian. I usually use egg whites only when baking for him and try

to avoid cheese, too. I'm trying to decide between two menu options -- Daddy

hasn't had either of these before: 1) portabella stroganoff over whole wheat

cholesterol-free egg noodles, steamed asparagus and fruit salad; or 2)

Donna's Mexican Confetti Cactus Salad and bean burritos of some kind (would

need a recipe for these). Fresh strawberry glace pie will be dessert with

either menu.
