seitan recipes

[Guest guest]

Just looked through the files, but didn't see any seitan recipes...

either how to make it or what to do with it. Is it somewhere within

another folder?

I am testing several seitan recipes to see which we like the best, so I

figured I'd see if anyone had posted anything.

Thanks!

Try the Substitutes file Maureen. There are some seitan recipes in

the not-cow folder under Substitutes. Also might try the search

function to look back thru previous postings featuring seitan.
