Guest guest Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 I so identify with the ice cream sandwiches! I've eaten more than my share of snack size bags of Cheetos. Yup, Ambien is a real stinker but some sleep is better than none! One of my friends stopped taking it after buying a bunch of stuff on QVC. Thank heavens I haven't bought any teapots on eBay while on Ambien. Weeeeellll, there is that cute Takahashi cat teapot, but it was a great price and was the male counterpart of a male cat and female cat tea party set. Carl never lets me forget the times that I eat a ton of dry Cheerios in bed and we wake up with the bed covered in them! Jeanne in GA Quote

Once I was aware of it, I could control myself better -- just go to bed after I took it. Your teapots sound wonderful!! Audrey S. A couple of years ago I was taking a prescription sleeping pill (extra stress at school). I only took it for a couple of weeks, and it helped me get back into a sleep mode, and I felt great and well-rested the morning after. But I figured out pretty quickly that I was making phone calls for the first hour after I took the sleeping pill, while " under the influence " -- I'd talk to my mom, my sister, friends, be real chatty, and then remember next to none of the conversation, talk about scary! (After an hour, I did fall asleep -- but I was pretty active immediately after taking it.) I also woke up one morning and found THREE ice cream sandwich wrappers next to the bed!!! Audrey S. Quote
