I have a copy of Vegan Soul Kitchen, but I haven't made anything from it yet.

What other recipes from it do you recommend?

I love, love, love the recipes in Bryant Terry's Vegan Soul Kitchen. The

black-eyed peas are to die for.

Also love Colleen's new book, The Vegan Table.
