Boca sausages (Okay, I'm griping, too!)

I am  in Jacksonville, just about 35 miles west of Springfield, IL.  The best

places I have

found to shop for really good veggie foods are the Whole Foods in St. Louis

(Brentwood, near the Galleria), the International Grocery, " Global  Foods " in

Kirkwood, MO., and a

few places closer to home.  I wish we had something large, like Whole Foods

nearer

to here.  Oh well!  When I can get to the " biggie " stores, it's a treat, and

when I can't, I

do the best I can.  It's amazing what I can come up with even without lots of

fancy places

to go shopping.  With the summer Farmers' Market produce, veggie eating couldn't

be better!

Laura, my Whole Foods is only about 20 minutes away, but it's in a part of

town that I don't often go through. I don't get over there very often, and

that's a good thing -- I'd spend way too much money! I probably get over

there once a month. It is neat to visit, but I don't end up buying a whole

lot because everything is just so expensive.
