Hi Leanne,

You're like me,wanting to get more vegtables into your life.

Don't know why I don't, there are so many of them I like.

I thought getting more recipes would help.

I have a squash casserole recipe I love, but only fix it in the summer.

If I raise my own squash, I'll fix it alot.

Hi there. Hope everyone is enjoying a festive time just now. I am

retired and live in Victoria BC Canada. I am trying to introduce more

vegetarian recipes into my diet. I have some vegetarian friends who are

encouraging. I am looking forward to the new recipes I might find here.

Hello, Mahbobe, and welcome to the group. I'm sure you will find lots

of delicious recipes from other members and also in the recipe

folders in the Files. What is your favorite vegetarian food to cook

for your friends?
