I like the Wholly Guacamole, too -- it keeps longer than fresh avocados, and

you can throw those packets in the freezer.

 

I like to get good crusty French bread and duplicate my favorite sandwich at

Jimmy John's: mayo, avocado (I use guacamole instead), provolone, cucumbers,

tomato, lettuce and sprouts. I think it's the guacamole and the mayo that

makes it so good.
