Raw diet spells B-O-R-I-N-G! I did this for 3 months.

There's no way I'm going to punish myself like that, for what?

All are welcome here. I've noticed over the years here in this fabulous group

the only thing really unwelcome is attitude and being judgmental. There is a

small but growing folder of raw recipes. It's not about which diet is better;

it's about sharing great food and enjoying each others' company. I hope.

 

Crud, I just dropped my veggie dog in my beer.
