Sunday, August 9, 2009, 12:23 PM Hi all: Just wanted to let you know that I will be teaching an Indian vegetarian cooking class this coming Saturday, Aug. 15, at the Albany Recreation Center in Albany, Calif. The class is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dishes we will be doing this time are spicy roasted eggplant, chenna masala, aloo-peas masala and rice. I've been teaching these classes for about 4 years now. Advance registration is required, so call 510-524-9283. BTW, you get to eat all the dishes we make at the end of the class. Viji Quote
