Canned veggie for everyone

There is a canned veggie for everyone.  My Mom would eat a whole can of the

canned spinach at one sitting. LOL

They serve as a purpose now and then.

I make creamed asparagus soup with canned asparagus when I don't have fresh. I

drain green beans and toss into my salads.

Creamed corn is great in a cornbread recipe, I like to slice canned potatoes and

saute with onions and garlic for a fast side dish.

Now I'm not sure about canned spinach, that really is awful.
