homemade egg replacement

This may already be covered somewhere, but I was out of my favorite egg replace

product, so I searched around on the net and found this, worked great.. I tried

several different versions and this seems to work best (now i have a whole table

of muffins to freeze )

 

2 t baking powder

1 t baking soda

1 T finely ground wheat flour

1 T all purpose flour

1 t corn starch

1/3 cup cold water

 

Whisk or blend until foamy

 

This is for 2 egg equiv. egg replacement from things we rarely run out of and

great for people who rely on the net to order things
