Most recently, I have made reubens with fake turkey lunchmeat, which is pretty good. I'll bet the tempeh has a better texture, though. Welcome to the group! Audrey S. We have two big crocks of sauerkraut fermenting just now, so I know we'll get a lot of mileage out of your Reuben recipes.
