Guest guest Posted November 17, 2008 Report Posted November 17, 2008 Tameson, I just got his book, " Four-Season Harvest " . I have had a chance to read it yet, but it does seem to have a lot in it. Is that what you read. Ellen Quote
Guest guest Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 Read it, lived it. He's absolutely 100 percent right. You will not be disappointed with your purchase - that's for sure. FWIW, I have read every single thing Elliot and his wife Barbara Damrosh have ever written as well as have seen all of their PBS TV show from the 90s (every episode). I missed him a few years back at the Common Ground Fair in Maine - man was I bummed. Maybe it was more than a few years ago, but I'm still bummed about it. Ah someday maybe I'll get to hear him in person. Anyway, if you are in a northern climate trying to grow a year round supply of veggies I highly recommend the 4 season harvest. The technique is so simple and so effective. Tameson in NH - " Ellen OConnor " <llamalass > I just got his book, " Four-Season Harvest " . Is that what you read. Quote
