Wee and others!!!

 

 

Here are the pictures of the Gallo Pinto that I made the other day. It

freezes well in individual (or larger) plastic bags. Serve with scrambled

eggs or egg replacements, a slice of pineapple, and a slice of

watermelon!!

Dear all who are interested in the Gallo Pinto......where is the recipe??? I

looked in " files " in the normal, I thought, places but it did not show its head

so maybe some help???

Oo mea culpa -- I'm sorry I didn't file it before. It's now in the

Black Bean folder in the Bean file.
