I have all the Benton Sisters' cookbooks, as well as their videos. We bought

our kitchen center (mixer/blender combo) from them as well. I wish I looked as

neat, clean, and pretty as they do in that kitchen! LOL! Marilyn

White Cheese (Jack)

3/4 cup cashews

2 Tbsp. sesame seeds

3 Tbsp. food yeast flakes

1 1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. dill weed

1/4 cup lemon juice

4 Tbsp. Emes Kosher-Jel

1 cup boiling water

 

Blend all ingredients with boiling water. Pour into container and

allow to harden. May be frozen and then grated if desired.

 

Note: One-fourth teaspoon salt can be omitted for entrees.
