and various other cheers LOL, basically I am down 2.5 pounds (1kg approx) on

last Monday's weight AND the last lot of medication gain has left the building

*snigger*

Good!!! It's usually a water gain, that medication weight gain, so it's not

always so difficult to un-house it if you act quickly to pack its bags. Otoh,

you do have to take care it doesn't move in with its entire family, so good for

you for discouraging permanent domicile Keep on going, hon - you'll be where

you want to be in a while!
