ideas for using veat?

Hi! I wanted to try that 'veat' stuff (www.veat.com),

and I'm curious how other vegetarians use it. I don't

really want to eat it plain, I'd like to try it in

something. Does it have a good texture? How well

does it cut up into smaller pieces? One of my

ideas was to put it in chili, to make a mock

chicken chili. Another idea was to make mock

chicken tacos. How does its texture hold up when

cut into small pieces?

 

Just looking for some ideas on how to use it,

thanks for any ideas!
