Someone asked about some dressing recipe's - here are some passed on to me.

When I used dressings the Ranch Style was my favorite. I do not or have I ever

liked olive oil so I have not tried these but others have love them.

Ranch Style

1/2 cups pine nuts (soaked a few hours)

1 Cup good water

4 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon celtic salt

1 teaspoon onion powder

Blend together in blender

Strawberry Vinaigrette

8 oz organci strawberries

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 to 3/4 cup water

1/4 cup olive oil

2 to 3 cloves garlic

3/4 to 1 teaspoon celtic salt

1 to 2 medium dates or agave nectar

Blend all ingrd. in blender

Dijon Dressing

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons maple syrup or agave nectar

1.2 teaspoon celtic sea salt

2 tablespoons minced red onion

1 garlic clove, crushed

dash of fresh pepper

Blend together in blender

These are excellent also;

Esthers Pumpernickel Crackers

1 and 1/2 cup flax seeds

2 teaspoon caraway seeds

1 teaspoon coriander

2 cups water

1 small onion, in chunks

3 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon celtic sea salt

Grind the flaxseeds with the caraway and coriander in a vitamix or ktech.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend in the vitamix.

Spread thinly on telflex-lined dehydrator sheets and score

Dehydrate 8 hours, flip and dehydrate an additonal 4 hours or until crisp

Enjoy,

Linda Sue
