1. Last Reminder to RSVP for Thanksgiving Dinner

November 24th, 3.00 p.m.

 

Serving starts at 3.00 p.m.

Of course you can also come later, if you can't be with us from 3.00 pm on.

But please let us know, because we will close the party at about 6.00 pm.

 

The general Cafe opening hours on Thursday are from 9.00 to 2.00 p.m.

And then we open only for RSVP guests.

 

At the weekend we are open as usual from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm

 

You can also order the dinner for Take-Out.

The dinner will be ready to pick up

on Wednesday from 5.00 to 9.00 pm

and Thursday from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm

 

For Thanksgiving Dinner will be on the menu:

Salad with Tangerines and Pomegranate

on a Tangerine Tahini Dressing,

Cranberry Dumpling Soup

The most delicious Mock Turkey!,

Apricot Raisin Rosemary Stuffing,

Cranberry Sauce,

Creamy Gravy,

Pumpkin Mashed Potatoes,

Tangerine Raspberry Pie,

Apple Pie with Pistachio Cream

 

and Raspberry Punch for Drink (non-alcohol).

 

You really don't want to miss that!

 

Dinner costs only: $29.50 (tips and tax are not included)

 

You are welcome to bring your own wine and champagne.

We don't charge for corkage!

2. Who has fruit trees or vegetables in the garden and don't know what

to do with it?

 

As long as they are organic and not chemically treated, we buy

oranges,

tangerines,

lemons, Meyer lemons,

avocados (all kinds),

greens, like kale, spinach, parsley etc.

carrots,

beets,

tomatoes,

apples,

persimmons,

and anything else that we are able to use at the Cafe.

 

Here is the deal:

We pay you $0.50 per lb in exchange for food or with a gift certificate that you

can use up whenever it suits you.

Our general opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm

(On busy Saturday evenings we extend the opening hours to 10.00 pm.
