What does this taste like?

[Guest guest]

Ok, so a girl friend and I are wondering what " leaks " taste like? Also tofu?

Thanks,

leeks are sooooooo delicious....think of a scallion only really mild & sweet.

tofu - it tastes like whatever you marinate it in. Kind of a funky spongy

texture.
