Guest guest
Nice to have you on the group - good luck with the Master of Social Work and good luck with your decision to go vegan. As I've said on this group recently, several of us here are vegan (I am, for example) even though this is an ovo-lacto group. You'll be able to get lots of advice and support You don't say whether or not you're trying to lose weight - but if you are, beware of the fat content in some of the mock cheezes. Likewise the mock me*ts. It all adds up!!! Well, if you're trying to cook more we have lots of recipes in our Files (on our Homepage) or of course you can do a search for the kind of thing you are looking for in the archives. Otherwise, just ask It's lovely to hear from you. Happy New Year - and keep sending us more lovely messages! Best, Pat (Co-Owner of group with Cindi) ---- Dr Patricia M.
