Guest guest
Hi Kerry - and yes, you're doing this right - message came through just fine It's so nice that you and your husband and the two children have become vegetarians - and easier on the person cooking too, of course. Nice that your husband is able to do the main part of the cooking - takes a little bit of the strain off you, right? You must have had a hard time indeed with the two children and a disabled husband - and that's often when we gain weight (or lose it in a bad way), when we're under stress, overworked, etc. As your husband's full-time carer, it's not surprising that you haven't been able to think of yourself much. But it's so good that you have decided to look to your own health and see about losing those excess pounds - you'll be able to cope much better when you do and you'll be healthier too. Good luck with that, and let us help you in any way we can, okay? Happy New Year to you and your family. Write in often!! Best, Pat (Co-0wner with Cindi) ---- Dr Patricia M.
