Guest guest
Okay, on my v. low-fat vegan regime, here I am with breakfast and the evening meal substantially (hah!) the same each day, except that I vary the kind of soup and fruit eaten. It's my mid-day meal which differs. Breakfast: Steel-cut oats with all the bits added carob 'cocoa' with low-fat soy half banana and half orange Lunch: 1/2 cup Tuscan-Style Beans With Tomatoes Ratatouille (didn't measure) small green salad with lemon juice (Bean recipe was posted here yesterday and can be found here with a pic http://beanvegan.blogspot.com along with recipe and pics for my Rararouille) Evening Meal: Borscht with homemade ww sourdough bread As an experiment I'm eating mostly the same thing each day for the two smaller meals - until I lose two or three more kg. Strangely, I'm not bored (I guess because I vary the soup) but rather comforted by knowing what I'm to have withoout having a myriad choices to make. Easier to cook too LOL Love, Pat
