Guest guest
Hi all :-> A pure, superior quality, vegan, omega 3 is available at www.nutru.com. The product is called 0-Mega-Zen3. I highly encourage you to check it out. It's recommended by several health care providers I work with. I've taken it for over a year and am very happy with it. You can take the standard 1 a day or increase it for help with mood elevation, where indicated. Please read all the info. It's a wonderful product and the company sells other similar superior formulas also. Hope this helps...... Linda J. Guest guest
I have been using the O-Mega Zen DHA Omega 3 essential fatty acid supplement for a couple of years now. I get it through Vegan Essentials - http://www.veganessentials.com/catalog/o-mega-zen3-vegan-dha-supplement- by-nutru.htm but it should be available other places. It has helped a lot with my arthritis and general health. Dr. Michael Greger (http://www.veganmd.com <http://www.veganmd.com/> ) recommends that all vegans supplement with Omega-3 and B12. I get the Omega 3 this way because I don't like flax seed that much. Actually this week, being the Jewish holiday of Passover, I am getting extra Omega-3 because I use flax eggs (see our files section Recipes/Fakes <*%20RECIPES/Fake s/> for the recipe) in almost everything. I even make matzo balls and matzo brie (fried matza) with flax eggs. I probably don't even need the supplement this week. from Maida Citizens for Pets in Condos, http://www.petsincondos.org South Florida Vegetarian Events, http://www.soflavegevents.net
