I have been using the O-Mega Zen DHA Omega 3 essential fatty acid

supplement for a couple of years now. I get it through Vegan Essentials

lot with my arthritis and general health. Dr. Michael Greger

vegans supplement with Omega-3 and B12. I get the Omega 3 this way

because I don't like flax seed that much.

 

Actually this week, being the Jewish holiday of Passover, I am getting

extra Omega-3 because I use flax eggs (see our files section

s/> for the recipe) in almost everything. I even make matzo balls and

matzo brie (fried matza) with flax eggs.
