Guest guest Posted February 1, 2002 Report Posted February 1, 2002 If anyone is wondering what size 'cake' of tofu means, in the old Moosewood cookbook (which uses that measurement), it says that they use 12-ounce cakes of tofu, so I guess that's a good 'rule of thumb'. Quote
