On insides of each piece, slide a fork from end to end, with pressure, to form grooves. Make a marinade sauce of the oil, tamari, water, and herbs. Drop by spoon into the grooves evenly. Cover with tomato or marinara sauce. Then cover with Cheezy Dip and bake at 350F until zucchini are quite soft, 30-40 minutes.
