Summer Gazpacho

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 cups tomato juice

1 beef bouillon cube

3 tomatoes -- chopped

1 small cucumber -- chopped

1 small green pepper -- chopped

2 tablespoons chopped onion

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3 drops red pepper sauce

1 cup herbed croutons

 

Heat tomato juice to boiling. Add bouillon cube; stir until dissolved. Stir in

remaining ingredients except herbed croutons.

 

Refrigerate several hours. Serve with croutons.
