I didn't have anyone to encourage or help me with my decision on

becoming vegetarian and the only inspiration wasthe book:

Being Vegetarian for Dummies. I found so much information in this

book, I then branched out to trying some of my Mom's recipes with no

meat or meat alternatives. This group have been a blessing to me,

the recipes are non-stop and the ingredients are easy to find and the

members are always there to help me.

I think I will look for the Nutrition for Dummies book next.
