Guest guest Report post Posted September 12, 2009 Panocha 2 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 tbsp. corn syrup 1 tbsp. butter or margarine 3/4 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup nuts dash of salt Combine sugar, syrup, salt, milk and butter. Cook, stirring only until sugar dissolves, to soft-ball stage (238 degrees). Cool without stirring, then add vanilla and beat until thick. Add nuts, and spread in greased pan.
