Hello Friends,

 

I recently attended this Art of Living Course where they taught some advanced

breathing exercises, meditation and light stretching (yoga). It also had some

practical techniques taught to handle complex life situations. After this

part-time 5-day program which took ~20hours of my life in all, I felt as if I

got back control of the rest of my life.

Their claims did feel close to the truth.

When: Mar 5th - Mar 9th( Friday- Tuesday)

Weekdays: 7 pm - 10 pm

Weekends: 10 am - 2 pm
