Melisse Lieb has graciously offered the use of the community room at her condo complex for this purpose. RSVP to me at sakishler by Saturday, 2/25, and I'll provide you with the address and other relevant details. Please feel free to bring your friends (let me know they're coming), but let them know this is a strictly vegan event! I'm planning to have vegan pizza and beverages on hand, but feel free to also bring your own (vegan) snacks to eat and share (it's an option, not a requirement). The Oscars start at 5 pm. An important note: I myself will not be there until about 6 pm due to a matinee performance I have in the afternoon ( " Prelude to a Kiss " in San Jose - 12 chances left to see it! - check out www.northsidetheatre.com for info), but Melisse has said she will be there starting at 5, and I will be there as soon as possible to witness what wild and crazy things are in store this year at the Academy Awards!
