Guest guest
I'm trying to get some ideas for vegetarian (fully vegetarian or vegan, not just vegetarian-friendly) fast-food restaurants that have no overall ethnic slant. What are the particular challenges or issues that face vegetarian fast-food restaurants? * Do vegetarian fast-food restaurants lean toward greasy food (the burgers & fries paradigm)? * Will vegetarians eat in a vegetarian fast-food restaurant? * How fast does fast food have to be? * Other thoughts?
