Guest guest Posted September 28, 2003 Report Share Posted September 28, 2003 Hello everyone, This Sunday at Santana Rows Farmers Market I will have Sundried Tomato Hummus, Roasted Garlic Hummus, and Spinach Hummus BBQ'd Grilled Tofu Teriyaki Tofu Noodle (can be served as hot entree or cold salad) Roasted Tomato and Basil Penne (can be served as hot entree or cold salad) Japanese eggplant and Chinese long beans in garlic sauce ( can be served as hot entree or cold salad) Jicima Salad with fresh green beans Smoked and roasted Red Bell Peppers with Roasted Garlic, excellent on a cracker or sandwich Grilled Bread, excellent with Hummus or make a Pizza or spring mix salad on it!! All this and more, ALL 3$ AND UNDER!!!!!!! I am selling these items very close to cost. I am doing it for the love and passion for this cuisine and movement.
