The phrase " Boston Bhramans " really refers to the intelligensia of the time, mainly Unitarians, many of whom helped draft the US Constitution. A significant number of our founding fathers and early statespeople were practising Unitarians. Its a sad irony that Unitarians of any stripe would be target for government oppression.
