Guest guest Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Dear All, For those of you who don't know me, my name is Dave Pearl (yes the tantraguy!) and I helped co-found this group and create this listserve I want to express my profound gratitude, thanks (and amazement !) to all of you who made this group possible ! I am blown away to think that six months ago this group was just a bunch of emails on a piece of paper that our founder Phil Becker had collected at the Veg Fair in February. With a lot of hard work from a small group we have now grown to 125 + members, with numerous events and an intimate and caring network of people. This group proves that a few people can make a huge difference. Hope too see all of you at the planning meeting on Sep. 1st !Dave Pearl - South Bay Vegetarian Society Co-Chair and Listserve Moderator Finance - Get real-time stock quotes Quote
