Zucchini-Cabbage Salad

2 cups shredded cabbage

2 cups shredded zucchini squash

1/4 cup sliced black ripe olives

1/4 cup diced bell pepper, red or pimento

Salad dressing

 

Toss the above together with your favorite dressing. Garnish with fgresh

parsley or watercress.
